Joaquin just added this property to his impressive real estate investments, comprised of houses in Los Angeles. It was described to be a “very special charmer” that was renovated to perfection. It featured a lavish living and dining room with a beautiful landscape of grassy yard that also came with a custom outdoor fireplace and stone waterfall.
