NANCY SINATRA – $5 MILLION

With her father being the iconic Frank Sinatra, it comes as no surprise that Nancy Sinatra also became quite the successful singer herself. Although her talents in music are undoubtedly a worthy investment, Sinatra also gave acting a shot. Throughout her time on the big screens, the singer had the chance to perform alongside high-profile figures like Elvis Presley and Peter Fonda for Speedway and The Wild Angels, respectively.

For a year, from 2011 to 2012, Sinatra lived in a gorgeous Santa Monica home. Besides a nice pool and overall cozy atmosphere, the house is also perfectly built between a wonderful ocean view and a few beautiful local landmarks. By the time she bade farewell to the property, the singer-actress placed it on the market with a $4.985 million selling price, although it was eventually purchased for a rounded-up value of $5 million.
