KATE MOSS – $12.6 MILLION

Often considered one of the most influential models in the industry, Kate Moss first rose to fame around the 1990s. Besides gracing the walkways and posing for the cameras, she also made some investments of her own in the fashion industry – she has released one clothing range and four perfume lines.

In 2011, Moss bought herself a gorgeous mansion in Highgate Hill, one of London’s highest points, for $12.6 million. Since the property’s creation, led by the poet William Blake, it has had the privilege of sheltering many of history’s literary figures, like William Wordsworth and Edward Irving, before Moss finally called it her home. Along with its seven bedrooms and four bathrooms, the 6,728-square-foot house features a reception hall, a drawing-room, and a wine cellar. Furthermore, it has a landscaped garden that provides residents with an unfiltered view of London’s lovely Hampstead Heath.
