SEAN BEAN – $8.32 MILLION

Acting on stage is often a different experience than performing in front of a camera. Even so, that didn’t stop stage actors from excelling on the big and small screens. Well, such is the case for Sean Bean, often well-known for his acting credit as Boromir and Ned Stark in The Lord of the Rings movies and Game of Thrones, respectively. Other films he starred in over the years include GoldenEye, Troy, and National Treasure.

Around the late 90s, Bean bought himself his now-former London estate. Built back in the 19th Century, this 1.5-acre abode features a tennis court, a greenhouse, a wine cellar, and of course, a cozy house with eight bedrooms, six bathrooms, and two kitchens. By the looks of it, it’s safe to say this humble abode is more than enough to keep its residents cozy. As of 2018, this haven, which the actor once called home, went up for sale for $8.32 million.
