MATT LEBLANC – $8.75 MILLION

In the earlier years of his acting career, Matt LeBlanc often only landed minor roles. However, after starring as the now-iconic Joey Tribbiani in the TV show Friends, his fame skyrocketed to a higher degree. By the end of the series’ 10-season run, the actor received three nominations from both the Emmys and the Golden Globe.

In 2007, the Friends actor purchased a Spanish-themed home in California. Besides its lovely garden full of trees and an unfiltered view of a nearby canyon, the property also features four bedrooms, a cozy living room with a fireplace, and a library. However, around 2016, since he began spending more time in London taking part in the Top Gear series, LeBlanc decided to put his humble abode up on the market for $8.75 million, a significant rise from when he purchased it for $7.4 million.
