LINDA RONSTADT – $1 MILLION

With her parents being notable figures in Tucson, Arizona’s history, it was only a matter of time before Linda Ronstadt became another family member her hometown could be proud of. Unlike her mom and dad, she focused her investments on her music career, starting as the lead singer of the Stone Poneys. Since then, she has garnered widespread recognition, even as a solo artist, having released 24 studio albums before retiring.

In 1994, Ronstadt bought herself a lovely estate in Tucson, Arizona, her hometown. This humble abode has a 4,100-square-foot house, which sits on 1.3 acres of land, and features a sunroom, brick patios, and a swimming pool. After two decades of residency, though, the singer thought it best to finally bid farewell to this haven. Around 2016, Ronstadt sold the property for $1 million, a significant rise from when she bought it for $467,000.
