What are the homes of those famous directors? Jeff Franklin, the creator, writer, and producer of Full House bought the house he featured in the hit 1990s sitcom. He did not mind paying $20.2 million to buy the most photographed home in San Francisco that became famously known as the house of the Tanner family. Give the man credit; he probably fell in love with this home after working on the show for decades.

However, rumors have it he first acquired the house for $1.9 million in 1988 and paid another $4 million to make sure it will be sold to him. Well, $20.2 million can still be considered modest compared to its original price tag of $38 million. It has 4,908 square feet of living space with five beds and six and a half baths, sprawling on a .48-acre of land.
